DISCLOSURE: All materials are sold "AS IS" without any implied or expressed warranties of merchantability. Material is RECLAIMED and will show historical imperfections including but not limited to nail holes, notching, checking, and color variations. Timbers will be a mix of rough sawn and smooth with original patina unless otherwise noted. Hand Hewn Timbers have a tolerance of 1 " for both height & width. Rafter stock may be S2E or SIS2E with original patina depending on application and may range up to 1/2" for both height & width. All timbers will be power washed and clean of visible metal. Lengths specified are minimum to be supplied. Waste factor is determined as 20-25% for domestic and 35% for exotic.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LENGTH OVERAGE. Final price may be higher due to length overage.

Woodcrafting is not liable for the structural integrity of any material provided. Woodcrafting is not liable for damage to milling tools. We strongly advise metal detecting material before milling. Material sold is not guaranteed to be insect free. Any shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours. Customer is liable for any applicable sales or use tax. Customer takes possession of material at time of loading onto truck, trailer or any other delivery vehicle. Proper storage and care of material once received is extremely important for successful installation and is the responsibility of the client. Not all listed sizes may be available, Woodcrating reserves the right to substitute sizes if needed. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from date on estimate.
